Maratua Island was a small island in the Derawan Island region that was located in East Kalimantan. Maratua Paradise Resort consisted of 15 bungalow that was made from wood and 8 Beach Chalet that was located in the beach and 7 water of the villa had the shape of the house on stilts that was floating in sea water. The attraction that was offered was the swimming adrenalin sensation around big fish.

How To Get There

From the Balikpapan City was continued for 1 hour 20 minute with Kal Star, a small aircraft had a capacity of approximately 50 passengers towards the Berau city in north Balikpapan. Upon arrival at Berau the trip was continued by using the fast ship belonging to Maratua Paradise Resort headed the sub-area that was followed in time around 4 hours.
